The Fairhaven district is host to several other Major Events throughout the year, such as the Solstice Art Walk, summertime Outdoor Cinema Saturdays, Girls Night Out, Halloween Trick-or-Treating, and the Holiday Festival and Art Walk.
But just about every day there’s some type of happening in Fairhaven! Many area businesses or venues offer a variety of presentations, activities, performances, and other events; these are also listed on Fairhaven.com.
If you are an organizer of any event in Fairhaven, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about featuring it on this site.
The Festival Committee
The Historic Fairhaven Association puts on two major events each year through its Festival Committee: Dirty Dan Festival near the end of April and The Fairhaven Festival on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend (in conjunction with the Ski to Sea Race, which ends in Fairhaven).
If you are a vendor for food, crafts or street fairs, then you may want to be involved in one or more of these events. Check the Vendor Info pages to learn more.
The HFA Festival Committee has been chaired and led for over a dozen years by Anna Williams. She has built the Fairhaven Festival into one of the premier NW events, with over 30,000 people attending. Several years ago, the committee took on the Dirty Dan Harris Festival and continues the fine work of the early managers.
Here is committee information. Feel free to contact any one of the below for more information. Email sent to email@example.com will reach the committee.
- Chair – Anna Williams
- Co-Chair – Jordan Tarrida, firstname.lastname@example.org
- Also on the committee are Hilary Friedrich, Lu-Lu White and Joseph Crump.
