Monthly Merchant meetings are open to participation by all members. Non-members are welcome. Discussion items include marketing, events, news, publicity, introductions of new business owners, and often a presentation on a relevant Fairhaven issue. Meetings are held at Village Books in the downstairs author reading area, and start at 9 am sharp, ending just before 10 am so merchants may get their businesses open. Enter through the Colophon Cafe door off the Village Green.
Merchant meetings are on the second Wednesday of each month, except there is no meeting in December.

Board of Directors Meetings
All Association members are welcome to attend board meetings. For 2017, meetings are on the first Thursday of each month (except June 8 and Nov 9), and there are no meetings in August and December. Meetings are in the Village Inn downstairs meeting room. Meetings start at 6:15 pm. On March 2, the board meeting is the Annual Membership Meeting at a location to be announced.

Annual Membership Meeting – The 2017 meeting will be held on March 2. All members are encouraged to attend. The Board will give their annual report to the members, and this is also a social meeting for all. Refreshments will be served. An email to all members in February will specify where the meeting will be held.
